I am a working actuarial/data science professional who is passionate about teaching high school math *** Former head tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience *** 99 ATAR *** 95 in HSC Mathematics Extension 1 & 2 *** Fully selective high school *** Masters of Data Science (USYD, Distinction) *** B Actuarial Studies/Commerce (UNSW, Distinction) I love teaching math and it is my passion to bring enjoyment and learning to all my students to achieve outstanding results. Personalized mathematics tutoring lessons: *** 5 years of tutoring experience, with students achieving band 6 in all levels of math *** Deep understanding of high school math curriculum and ability to simplify complex concepts *** Tailored Learning Approach to target learning strengths and identify weaknesses *** Comprehensive Coverage of all required math topics with special focus on exam application to maximize results *** Interactive and Engaging Sessions including appreciation for mathematical methods, its relevance for university studies and real-life applications Lesson structure can be discussed to ensure the student's learning needs are met. My lessons are normally 1.5-2 hours long to ensure comprehensive understanding and coverage. Teaching location can be flexible around Sydney. It is my teaching policy to ensure all students receive the personalized help and attention they need. Therefore I only offer math teaching services for: # 1-to-1 private lessons ($100 per hour) # Private class for 2 students ($85 per hour, per student) # Private class for 3 students ($70 per hour, per student) No fees for travel costs
