About Amber Rose
I am currently a Speech and Language student myself! Before starting my degree, I had to take lots of time to consider methods of learning and teaching, and what would work best for me as I didn't expect this to be catered for. I would like to make your learning a little bit easier and more personalised so that you don't have to feel the same way! As a Speech and Language student and linguistic enthusiast, English has always been a subject that has come very naturally and enjoyably to me, so these sessions are as much fun and learning for me as I hope they are for you.

These sessions suit a whole range of individuals, from practicing spelling and reading aloud to essay writing and reviewing to GCSE level
- What MIGHT a session look like?
Firstly, we can have a look at what you would like to be going over and create some Learning Outcomes, which are then the basis to knowing what you need to revise when you go away and look over things. Then, we can read through any class work or assignments and review anything that might be a struggle. Once we can identify those areas, we can update and solidify your knowledge of those areas, work through some examples interactively, and you should come away feeling more confident!
- For CV writers
Our sessions may include coaching in what should be included, or how it should be phrased or formatted, etc. We can go through and edit CVs that have already been drafted, or we can sit together to outline and then solidify a CV when you're just not sure how to get started.
I am a super friendly person and a student myself, so I like to make sure that sessions work for the way you learn! These tutoring sessions would be appropriate for all ages and abilities up to GCSE level English and the basics of English beyond that, and for anyone needing a boost with writing their CVs
