About Arifa

I work as a rock climbing coach and happen to be a sports physiotherapist. I am super outdoorsy, love baking cookies, have a keen fondness for coffee and holistic approach towards life! Add a bit of humor there too haha.

About the lesson

Something about the 1:1 sessions, right? The goal is to combine wellness, fun and experience!
I do that by bringing a wholesome and holistic approach to everything I do. Food/Coffee/Climbing/Fitness.
