I first do an interview to know what the person wants to achieve and plan a 4 to 6 month program. We would meet every two to four weeks to follow up or can also become a personal trainer.
The first session will consist of a detailed consultation and assessment of the core and pelvic alignment (don’t worry, fully clothed!), to ensure the most appropriate exercises can be prescribed.
