About Barbora
I am a first year university student, but nutrition and health have been a huge part of my life for almost four years. I got frustrated about not seeing any results, even though I ate "clean". Then I started doing my research about nutrition and I became a self-taught "expert" and the results came soon. I have shared my knowledge with many of my friends and helped them reach their goals.

Are you a carnivore, vegetarian or vegan? No problem! My classes will be adjusted to your needs! Each class would be based on scientific research relevant to the topic. I try to give a general overview of a balanced diet in the first lectures and afterwards we can move onto whatever part of nutrition (or fitness) interests you. My classes are fully flexible and I prefer to have a friendly conversation about the topics (of course, some notes or presentations will be provided).
