About Samuel

I am currently in the fourth semester of my sports science studies at the German Sport University in Cologne.

The trigger for studying at the DSHS was that in my youth a great passion and curiosity for the topic of fitness and exercise was kindled.

In addition to my studies, I did trainer licenses and further training to expand my knowledge in these areas in addition to personal practical experience.

About the lesson

After an introductory meeting to discuss your goals, personal interests and capacities, we will work together to design the upcoming training sessions to ensure that your needs are holistically integrated your training.
The content can range from improving basic fitness to specific athletic or bodybuilding training.

In the next step we will go through the session together to make sure that the exercises are performed correctly according to the goals.

The offer is aimed both at people who need help with their training planning and at those who are looking for a person who regularly takes a look at the training design and helps with the planning and implementation.

Ich empfehle den Samuel, da ich ihn schon lange kenne und seine Art und Arbeit kenne. Er ist sehr gründlich und genau und macht seine Arbeit sehr sauber. Er ist sehr fleißig und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, dir etwas beizubringen und tut nicht nur so, sondern meint es ernst. Ich finde es sehr toll, dass er sich so viel Mühe gibt. Er plant alles im Voraus und auf ihn ist immer zu 100% verlass, bei allem was er sagt.
Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen, nicht nur weil ich ihn schon lange als guten Freund habe und kennen, sondern weil er einfach und guter Mensch ist und auf ihn Verlass ist.
