About Brandon

I'm Brandon, a dedicated math coach who specializes in helping high school students rebuild their confidence and master the concepts they’ve struggled with for years. I’ve worked with many students who thought they “just weren’t good at math,” and watched them not only catch up—but get ahead. I’m calm, clear, and focused on long-term understanding, not just test-day cramming. If your child needs someone who genuinely cares about their progress and knows how to help them succeed, you’re in the right place.

About the lesson

I work with high school students—mostly in Pre-Calculus 11, Pre-Calculus 12, and Calculus—who are struggling not because they’re lazy, but because something foundational was missed earlier on. My lessons are warm, structured, and focused on uncovering and repairing those cracks. Each student starts with a diagnostic so I can identify gaps, then we build a plan to strengthen those areas while staying aligned with their current classwork. I track progress carefully, help with homework when it supports long-term understanding, and always aim to build the student’s confidence alongside their skill.

Lessons are delivered online, which gives students flexibility and allows me to work with families all across British Columbia. More importantly, online tools let us easily track progress, organize notes, and build a personalized learning system that goes far beyond what’s possible with pen and paper. If your child feels behind or like “they’re just not a math person,” I can help change that.
