About Christian loldjy
Hi, my name is Christian, and I’m a computer science student at Georgetown University. I’ve spent a lot of time working on projects involving programming, algorithms, and problem solving, which has helped me build a strong foundation in both math and coding.
What really matters to me is not just knowing the material, but being able to explain it clearly. Through my experience building projects like an AI tutor, I’ve learned how to break down complex ideas into simple steps and make them easier to understand.
I’m patient, easy to work with, and I always try to adapt to each student’s pace. My goal is to help you feel more confident, not just during our sessions, but when you’re working on your own.

I focus a lot on making things click, not just getting the answer. A lot of students struggle because concepts feel abstract, especially in math or coding. So instead of jumping straight into formulas, I try to break things down step by step and connect them to something concrete.
For example, if we’re working on functions in math, I won’t just give the definition. I might draw it out or explain it like a machine: you put something in, it transforms it, and gives you an output. Same thing in programming, I relate it to real situations so it doesn’t feel random.
I also use visuals whenever possible. Sometimes it’s a quick sketch, sometimes it’s walking through an example slowly, almost like building it together. I’ve built projects where I had to explain algorithms visually, so I bring that same approach into my teaching.
I don’t just solve problems for you, I’ll pause, ask you what you think, and guide you there. The goal is that by the end, you can do it on your own and actually feel confident, not stuck again the next day.
I know what it feels like to be confused on a topic, so I try to keep things patient and simple, no pressure. We go at your pace and focus on what you really need.
