About Gigi

I am a 16 year old artist with 3+ years of experience learning art in all it's different mediums. I am young but have an absolute passion for teaching others to become great artists. I am very flexible and adaptable, I am able to share different interests with younger artists because of my age and guide them along the path of becoming an amazing artist. I am very welcoming and very patient with others. I am excited to teach anyone everything they need to know to get off the ground and moving into becoming an exceptional artist! :)

About the lesson

I start off the lesson by giving a quick demonstration of the mediums we will be using. I then help warm-up my student by giving effective warm-up journal prompts. I then start the guided practice of allowing my students to try out the medium and create a masterpiece with the given prompt, along with an instructional guide along the way. At the end of the lesson we will do a mini critique on what we did well with, what our thoughts are about the piece and what we can do better in the future.

These lessons are mainly for young complete beginners or students who want to get there feet on the ground with becoming an exceptional artist!

I am a young passionate student who has had a deep love for art ever since I was in Elementary school. I've always been teaching others along the way in my art journey. Even getting into my dream art high school at HSPVA I always wanted to help others become great artist themselves and maybe even help them get into a school they have always wanted to go to.

I am willing to lend you my fresh perspectives on art and am ready to help any beginner become a master at creating masterpieces for the world to see.
