I focus on a thorough explanation of the structures - I start with bones, then tendons, muscles, blood supply, innervation, clinically important places in anatomy. Firstly I always start with the students from the upper limb, then the lower limb, then depending on the students preferences thorax / abdomen, and finally neuroanatomy.
