About Mike
Based in the United Kingdom near Wakefield, I have been a Personal Trainer for 22 years training clients in UK, Spain, Turkey, Philippines, working 1-2-1 and in Small Groups providing a mobile service where I come to you, or via online sessions. My qualifications include BSc Degree Sports Development, Diploma in Fitness Nutrition, Advanced Certificate in Personal Training, Core Mid Section Trainer and many other qualifications. I am very experienced working 1-2-1 personal training, Group Training (2-4 people) and coaching clients online via an app. A martial arts instructor with several Doctorates in Martial Sciences, 40 years of martial arts training in Taekwondo, Tae-Kenpo, kickboxing, Judo and other styles. Many certifications and ranks, currently work with many organisations and World President of Hwarang Martial Arts Federation.

I like to base my sessions with clients around their goals, with a friendly, supportive approach with my knowledge. Like to make sessions fun, so clients are more likely to work hard, enjoy sessions and be determined on their training. Sessions can be conducted in the Studio, at your home or online whichever is convenient.
