About Haya
I have been working with women, men and couples for over 10 years, regularly giving one-to-one tutorials and group workshops about meditation, conscious sensual touch and Tao and Tantra health enhancing practices.
I believe that all issues in life must be addressed, and accessed, through four main gateways: the Cognitive Gateway (our mind and mental processes), the Emotional Gateway (our emotions and feelings), the Spiritual Gateway (our soul and her aspirations) and the Physical Gateway (our body and our sensations)

I am a body oriented love & relationship coach offering a holistic multi-dimensional approach to Tao and Tantra meditative practices to women and men. I aim to support and educate women and men in their individual personal growth, empowerment and integration, as well as in their emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and sexual well-being.
Working with me typically includes talk, relaxation and visualization techniques, somatic (body-oriented) and erotic mindfulness techniques, breath, sound, self-touch, movement and embodiment techniques. The focus is on expanding your capacity to feel, experience and own more sensations through your body.
Sexuality and intimacy are approached and integrated in a meditative way.
