I believe in two way conversation . Generally teachers teach and speak their thoughts and methods and don't listen to their students but I believe in speaking and as well as hearing. This way of teaching helps students lot. In this method the doubts of students get clear very politely. The doubt clearing are very important because if students have doubt their mind stuck on that point and they become unable to focus on next.
