I attended few yoga sessions with Archana. For someone who doesn't normally practice it was great
She is very patient, a great teacher. Thoroughly enjoyed it..calm , inspiring and was very helpful .
Highly recommended for beginners as well as pro's.Archana is a fun and pleasnat person. Loved her way of teaching yoga and her politeness. She thoroughly explains the meaning and history of each yogasana. She pays attention to each student and makes sure everyone is comfortable and learning the correct asana and posture so as to avoid injury. She also teaches very powerful pranayam and meditation techniques which are easy to learn with her guidance.
I’ve known Ms Archana from last few years now. But recently started interacting with Ms Archana as a student teacher relationship. She is sensitive and patient. Always unhurried and yet focused. Perfect for beginners who want to learn and understand about the yoga practice. I love her dedication and knowledge about Yoga.. She encourages you where ever you tend to fall. Archana is passionate about imparting the correct form of yoga to her students. I have been to yoga studios and have learnt under multiple yoga gurus within Bangalore but nobody matches the honesty with which Archana provides training. She explains each asana/technique, their pros and cons, she observes her students' strengths and weaknesses and helps improve it.
I have been training with Archana since a month now and I'm extremely surprised at the way my body has improved flexibility and strength than when I began with. Such improvement is usually heard of only after atleast 6-8 months of training but in our case it was made posssible solely due to how Archana creates meticulous sequences on a biweekly basis and guides us thoroughly to learn the correct postures, breathing patterns and techniques.
She is definitely a rare find amongst the plethora of yoga instructors out there today. I can assure that her students can see their bodies and minds transform in a matter of weeks under her guidance.Archana madam explains every exercise very clearly and it's importance.i enjoyed her yoga sessions

Archana teaches yoga very passionately, she has a good knowledge of breathing techniques and Asana. She makes sequence of asana according to the student requirement. Archana breathing and relaxation techniques help me a lot to control my BP. I highly recommend her.

It has been a wonderful experience to learn yoga from Archana. I am learning yoga from Archana. She is very meticulous in her teaching. The best is she sends us prior update about the class. Apart from posture correction She has taught the correct ways of breathing too. I would surely recommend her.

I attended a few sessions of Archana's offline sessions. It was my intro to yoga and I got a good orientation to the various aspects of how breath works, breathing techniques, warm-up asanas and the importance of posture while doing the asanas. Made me get in touch with parts of my body and breath that I usually do not pay attention to. I found Archana very friendly and approachable. She was committed, enthusiastic and punctual.

As per my opinion Archana is a very good teacher. She easily describes everything that you don't feel like you are under pressure at all.and her yoga sessions are so relaxing but also very effective that you can connect with your body and mind. I was taking her yoga classes for two weeks now and I feel at ease.
I have been practicing yoga/asanas since >5 years but believe me the whole experience of yoga with Archana is different and I'm super impressed with her breathing/relaxation techniques, which will make your mind and soul relaxed and forget all your stress/worries for a while.
She made me work with my own body and pushing myself further. Until this day I don’t feel myself if I don’t do my yoga for the day. A big thank you to Archana to have helped me work with my body and understanding it and its flexibility.
