About Billy
I’m a TEFL (120-hour) certified English tutor with experience in teaching, safeguarding and professional communication. I work with learners who want to improve their confidence and clarity in spoken and written English for professional, academic, or everyday use.
I hold a BA (Hons.) degree in Fine Art and Art History and have completed additional training in safeguarding and respectful learning environments. My background includes supporting learners in structured one-to-one settings, helping them develop practical language skills that they can use immediately.
My approach is supportive, patient, and professional. I focus on clear communication, confidence-building, and realistic goals, and I aim to create a respectful, focused learning environment where adult learners feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

As a TEFL (120-hour) certified tutor with a background in teaching, safeguarding and professional communications, I work best with learners, including newcomers to Ireland, who already have some English and want to use it more effectively.
