I believe that all learners are different and hence the lessons should take that into consideration. My lessons are engaging and energetic,in as much as they are designed to achieve the aims and objectives. To achieve this there is need to find out what inspires the learners. I also realized that to keep them motivated I need to keep my lessons interactive. A properly structured lesson, which allows for effective learning takes into account and makes provision for activities that may not have desired results depending on the way they are received. I use different teaching methods depending on age and level of the students. All these make for a complete and well rounded lesson.

Charlene is a wonderful teacher. Since I am learning English as a second language, I was worried about asking her to repeat pronunciation of some words but her patience has helped me a lot. I have now gained more confidence in my ability and I am truly grateful. She is highly recommended
I have known Charlene for the past 15 years. She is a very hardworking woman a go getter, self disciplined, very humble and focused woman.i have worked with her in so many projects and she is very dedicated to everything she does.I highly recommend her as she once taught my daughter at her former preschool.
She is patient and takes the time to explain things that are tough to understand
