About Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia, from Dublin, Ireland. I’m a professional artist and tutor, and I love helping students explore their creativity and find their own artistic voice. I specialize in texture and plaster art through my business, Greenhouse Studio, where I create bespoke commissioned pieces, but I’m also experienced in all painting mediums, oil, acrylic, watercolor, palette knife, and mixed media, so we can work in whatever style inspires you.

I also tutor piano and English, and I enjoy designing lessons that are flexible, fun, and tailored to each student’s goals. Learning should feel exciting, and I love helping students build skills while really enjoying the process.

Before I turned to art full time, I studied and worked as an organizational psychologist, consulting in talent and leadership. That experience taught me a lot about how people learn, stay motivated, and reach their potential, a perspective I bring into every class.

Whether you’re just starting out, looking to develop your skills, or wanting to reignite your creative spark, I’ll help you make each lesson inspiring, engaging, and enjoyable.

I specialise in texture and plaster art, creating layered, tactile pieces that really come to life. I’m also experienced across all painting mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolour, palette knife, and mixed media, so we can work in whatever style inspires you.

Each course begins with an exploratory session to understand your skills, interests, and objectives. We’ll discuss materials, projects, and techniques, and I’ll put together a bespoke lesson plan tailored to you—flexible and adaptable as you progress.

With over ten years’ experience as both an artist and tutor, I’m confident in structuring lessons that are enjoyable, practical, and suited to your pace. Lessons typically run one hour, giving us enough time to warm up and get into a creative flow, though this can be adjusted to suit your schedule.

Before we begin, I’ll provide a clear list of what you’ll need based on your chosen projects and goals, and we can discuss your budget and preferred price ranges to keep things affordable. I’m happy to advise on product quality, suggest alternatives, and answer any questions you may have about materials.

My goal is to make lessons flexible, accessible, and price-friendly, so we’ll work together to ensure you have everything you need without overspending.
