About Kate
I am a dedicated and hardworking Biomedical Science student at Sheffield Hallam University. I want to tutor because I understand the immense pressure and stress that preparing for exams can cause. I’ve helped many students revise and prepare for exams voluntarily in the past. I enjoy the challenge, testing my patience and transferring as much knowledge as I can to students. I understand the mental toll that exams can have on students and want to reassure them of what they can achieve. Education is crucial for a better future.

I can approach students with a friendly, patient and informative approach. Whether students are slow or quick learners, I’m flexible and can adjust lessons easily to accommodate students. My lessons would include recall from previous sessions and I am flexible with all GCSE subjects. My subject strengths include: Maths, English and Science. I would set out lessons with a fun, engaging approach to allow students to recall the knowledge.
