About Tariq

I am a Grade 12 student who is very passionate about mathematics and physics. I have assisted other students to understand their classes and helped them score a hundred percent in their examinations.

I have been able to teach myself AP Calculus AB and scored 5 in the AP exam, showing that I can teach myself advanced subjects and even teach others easily. I have also been performing excellently in physics and algebra subjects in school, earning complete marks with ease.

I aim as a tutor not just to tell my students how to solve certain problems but rather how and why those solutions work in order to build their self-confidence. I am always willing to change my method to suit my students and their capabilities, and I am quite patient and approachable.

Arithmetic, algebra, physics, and AP Calculus AB are some of the subjects I tutor.

For me, the best way to learn math and physics is to understand the concepts, not memorize formulas. I break each topic into smaller steps, identify where the student is struggling, and then use guided practice and harder questions to help build confidence and problem-solving skills.

My lessons are normally 60 minutes, but I can spend longer on difficult topics if needed. I customize each lesson to the student's level and goals, whether they need help with school material, exam prep, or strengthening fundamentals.

I have experience in tutoring classmates and assisting them in improving their understanding and attaining full marks. I also self-studied AP Calculus AB, and I scored a 5 on the AP exam. At school I received high marks in physics and algebra.

I teach middle school and high school students, including those studying algebra, arithmetic, physics, and AP Calculus AB. I want to ensure that the lessons are clear and interactive and that the students feel confident in their ability to solve the problems on their own.
