About Giorgio

Hi, I'm Giorgio, I'm in my fourth year of studying Engineering (specialising in aerospace) at the University of Cambridge.

I have 50+ hours tutoring, and have mentored over 5 successful Cambridge engineering/natural science applicants. I am an expert in mastering the skills necessary to ace the ESAT and STEM admissions interviews.

I ranked in the top 1% in my year at Cambridge university, achieved A*s in maths, further maths and physics A-level, and the highest mark nationally in physics A-level.

With my outstanding academic record (3rd out of a cohort of over 300 in both first and second year of engineering at the University of Cambridge, and ranked first nationally in Edexcel A-level physics) I approach tutoring my students with the same rigour and methods I use for learning myself. I believe academic success is built by: developing strong fundamental, ground-truth knowledge of the subject; targeted exam technique practice; and a curiosity and motivation for the subject. I help guide my students through the entire university admissions process and bolster all 3 of these pillars of success.

For university admissions specifically, the problems and interviews are difficult and pressured. I am able to break the content down to its fundamentals and ensure the foundation of my students' knowledge is correct and robust. Then through logical steps and extensive practice, we can together build the skills to answering difficult, new problems with ease.

About the lesson

I am a third year Engineering student at the University of Cambridge, ranking in the top 1% of my cohort in both first and second year, and with the top Edexcel A-level physics score nationally. I have tutored students to success in A-level and university admissions interviews.

My tutoring puts an emphasis on understanding of fundamental concepts, designing an ultimate study plan and mastering the nuances of exams.

I offer online tutoring for A-level maths, further maths, physics (all exam boards), and for university admissions maths and physics exams (ESAT, PAT) and interviews.
