About MANUELA

Let me introduce myself: I'm Manuela. Acting Manager of one of the Big Four (EY, PWC, KPMG, DELOITTE), Financial Manager at a large company, Senior Financial Analyst at one of the 7 sisters (leading multinationals in the utilities sector), graduated in Law and Economics with full marks from LUISS Guido Carli (110 cum laude and right to publication, average grade 29.76 (high school diploma 100/100 with honorable mention)), Specialization course in Business Law from Luiss Management, Master in Administration, Finance and Control degree from IlSole24Ore Business School. But my true calling is to teach. So out of passion and with great conviction, I have also been working in the didactic field for about 15 years with great satisfaction. I therefore offer private lessons a) for university students in the preparation of exams of: 1. Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Bankruptcy, Tax, Constitutional, Administrative, International, European Law, 2. Political Economy (Micro and Macro), Business Economics and Principles in Accounting and Budget, General and Applied Accounting, Budget, and in the drafting of the thesis (bibliographic research, conceptual elaboration, etc.). b) for high school students and technical and professional institutes repetitions and private lessons in: 1. Business Law and Economics, Political Economy, Accounting and Budget, 2. Tourism, Sports, Maritime Legislation. Extreme professionalism, seriousness and psycho-socio-pedagogical skills are guaranteed as well as targeted and personalized study techniques by virtue of the learning styles and individual disciplinary objectives (e.g. concept maps, summaries, flow charts for keywords, webquest, case study, practical exercises). We offer face-to-face lessons with maximum availability also to operate remotely electronically (online) through special platforms and exchange of teaching materials. Having had important practical-working experiences in the administrative and management offices of large companies, including multinationals, the cut of the lessons I offer is of a technical - practical nature, very close to reality and with an excellent perspective of concreteness, which facilitates the use and learning content, even the most complex. To this I combine a conscientious and profound training in the most diverse and functional teaching methodologies to help my students find their own study method, that is, the one that is most suitable for their significant and lasting learning, that is, a learning of the disciplinary contents that is not such that you have forgotten almost most of what you have studied just the day after the check or exam.

About the lesson

For years I have been passionately dedicating myself to teaching and helping students who encounter small and big difficulties (absolutely surmountable) in the practice of daily study. My task has always been to help them with dedication and patience to overcome those obstacles that seem insurmountable to them, cooperating together to find the most congenial study method for each of them. As I always say, there are no subjects that are too difficult to study or too boring or for which we are not suited: there are simply natural inclinations that must be cultivated and discovered and which lead to the development of more or less effective study methods for each of us. A good dose of personal motivation to build together with the teacher and a stimulating relationship with the teacher then facilitate the study in view of an effective and lasting learning.
