About Leo
Before obtaining his first yoga teacher certification in India in 2012, he spent over 10 years working to positively influence the behaviour patterns of others in the UK. His experience in behavioural rehabilitation programmes complements his role as a yoga teacher, and at Activate Yoga, he conducts Teacher Trainings, classes and workshops. He has supported numerous life processes and guided many individuals through government programmes and specialised organisations. Since arriving in Colombia in December 2013, he has completed over 850 hours of training, holding the designations of E-RYT 500, became a Reiki Master and completed full training in Auricular acupuncture in 2022 in the UK.
