About Isadora
I hold a degree in Nutrition from Brazil and I'm undergoing a postgrad in Plant-Based Nutrition. I've been a vegetarian for almost 10 years and vegan for 5. I've navigated all challenges and uncovered the beauty of choosing this path. I'm not a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist in the UK. My lessons are supportive and educational in nature and do not replace medical guidance for health concerns.
