About Bryce
Hello! I’m Bryce, and I have over a year of in depth experience working with students from elementary through high school age in one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions. I work with a focus on reading comprehension and improving study habits, which aids in helping students progress in every subject matter along with building good work ethic and patterns for real life application. I love finding individualized approaches to working with students, finding ways that best fit for them and how their brains work. My work with Lindamood-Bell Instruction has seen students grow increasingly in their reading comprehension, visualization, and word recognition. I also have worked with students at a middle school in Van Nuys covering all subjects, and have helped greatly improve their working behaviors while managing demanding curriculums. I look forward to finding more students ready to grow and be challenged to find their own best way to succeed in education!

I love finding unique and personal ways to approach working with anyone! I love giving visual cues and examples to help building up visualization skills. Taking time to feel comfortable and confident within reading comprehension is crucial, and will help to build up skills in any subject matter. Whether someone is a tactile learner that likes to write things out or see them in person or they enjoy learning through more audio/visual examples, I am committed to discovering the best ways for someone to learn for their brain. I also love to gamify learning as much as possible to keep people engaged and add some fun to the mix when we can.
