About John

I am an associate professor of mechanical engineering who has taught 1000s of students in many different math, science, and engineering classes. I hold a PhD in aerospace engineering and enjoy helping students learn and overcome challenges in understanding important concepts and building their confidence in the material of their courses.

About the lesson

I like to meet the student where they are and adjust the lessons and examples according to their skill level and style of learning. I spend time figuring out what they know and don't know and build upon that. As a professor for more than 10 years, I've seen many high school and university students be successful with the right guidance, examples, encouragement, and dedication.
