About Cathy

I wasn't always a teacher. I had a life changing event in my life that led me to the life of a teacher.
I am devoted to being the teacher that students and families are comfortable with.
I believe in being honest with my students, their families and most of all myself.
I constantly strive to found new ways to grow and improve myself and my teaching skills.

About the lesson

I found out where I learner needs targeted help. Each child is an individual and learns in their own way.
I am proficient and able to teach in English and Afrikaans. I have in English medium schools since I started in my career.
I teach and follow the CAPS curriculum as per the Department of Education requirements but believe in one-on-one attention in all aspects of the child's or student's needs.
I always recap the previously covered material and build on it and its understanding.
