I obtained Advance Diploma in Technical and Vocational teaching accompanied by a national Diploma in Human Resource Management. In addition, I have vast industry experience in operations management, and it is relevant to my discipline. This includes training and facilitation plus I design my own training manual.

About the lesson

My teaching method is very interactive, this technique permits the learners opportunity to actively participate during the lesson. Therefore, I design lesson that are collaborative so that students can engage, connect and easily understand the module. I prepare lessons that are scenario-based, such as case studies including role plays that are relevant to the learners to make learning meaningful.
