About Kritika

Ready to make learning fun and engaging? I'm a Dean's List third-year International Economics student at UBC, and I'm here to turn challenging concepts in math, economics, and commerce into your new favourite topics! With hands-on experience in both academic and professional environments, my sessions are all about making sure you feel confident and excited to learn.

Whether we're meeting online or face-to-face, I keep things interactive with practical examples, real-world applications, and plenty of engaging activities. My goal is simple: not only will you ace your subjects academically, but you'll also build lasting skills that you can carry forward!

Let's personalize your learning journey and unlock your full potential—because learning should always be exciting!

About the lesson

As a UBC Economics student with a strong background in math, economics, and commerce, and with hands-on tutoring experience, I believe in making complex concepts simple and relatable. My teaching approach focuses on interactive problem-solving and personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style. In a typical lesson, I break down theoretical ideas and apply them to real-world examples, helping students understand both the 'how' and the 'why.' My lessons are designed for high school and college students aiming to excel academically and build a solid foundation for their future studies.

Perfect! My daughter, who is in Grade 7, has been receiving tutoring from Kritika, and we are very happy with the experience. Kritika is detail-oriented, responsive, and connects very well with my daughter. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in her math skills, and she herself says the lessons make math feel easier and more manageable. I’m truly grateful to have Kritika as my daughter’s tutor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for academic support!
