About Karen
I am a high school student in grade 12 who has high academic standings and has already received first round offer from UBC. Currently taking AP Calculus and was a French Immersion Student. I would be suitable for students that need help with French on a high school level and Math preferably from elementary to Gr. 10. I can also tutor in Mandarin.

I base my classes primarily on what the student struggles with in the curriculum. Students can bring their questions in and I will help them not only solve but thoroughly interpret the solutions so that they will be well prepared for similar or even more challenging questions in the future. If the student so wishes, I will also prepare materials that goes beyond the current curriculum. In addition, I wish to share my experiences that I have gained throughout my past success and failures to help build up and enhance students' own learning abilities for them to thrive in whatever difficulties they may be faced with in the future and achieve positive academic outcomes.
