About Afreen
A medical student at UCL with over 3 years of experience in private tutoring. I am a passionate educator who thrives on helping students discover their strengths and achieve their goals. Teaching is my way of making a difference. It's incredibly rewarding helping individuals grasp a difficult concept and watching their excitement when successfully tackling a hard question. That light-bulb moment is truly satisfying and my favourite thing about teaching.

My approach is student-centred learning..I prioritise creating a supportive, engaging environment, where questions are encouraged and progress is always celebrated, no matter how little. I like to focus on any weaknesses and build knowledge from a foundation level. There's also a lot of exam-style questions involved to get the student prepared for the real thing. The typical length of my lessons range from 1-2 hours. Together, we'll build confidence, deepen understanding, and achieve your potential. My ultimate aim is to empower you to learn independently and confidently.
