About Dian

UGM International MBA Class students offer English tutoring. During my stay in Jogja, 2017-2018, I tutored several friends to prepare for university, TOEFL, TOEIC, ACEPT, IELTS. In addition, I also provide speaking and grammatical classes. January-June 2019 I joined the Exchange at ISCTE Lisbon, Portugal. Jun-Sept 2019 English part time tutoring in Husum, Germany and now in Vienna, Austria is working on a research thesis while giving part time teaching English to children aged 5-16 years. :)

About the lesson

Learning the language is actually a moment of learning to communicate which indirectly also learns the culture of communication from the owner of the native language. So grammatically right is not enough. I have a number of special methods and systems whose applications are adapted to student learning styles because I believe the abilities and absorptive capacity of each student is different. Plus, every human has different daily activities and interests, in my opinion, to be able to quickly learn a language, its application must be combined with daily habbits. Tutoring, because in addition to transferring "understanding", I also direct students to find self-study methods according to their interests.

Karen, the student, is a fast learner. She is fun and cheerful. We have done 7 meetings in total and the classes were always fun even though Grammar can be so tough sometimes. Looking Forward for more meetings ahead with her. :)
