About Shiven
I have a 9 in GCSE Mathematics as well as an A* in A level from Brighton College, a top UK independent school, where I developed a deep understanding of the mathematical principles and problem-solving techniques needed for the best grades. I am also a current 2nd year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Nottingham. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in advanced mathematical concepts, which I can effectively convey to my students in a clear and engaging manner.

I run my sessions by using an online whiteboard to first give some background regarding the topic with some examples, and then providing the student with some questions to do on their own. By progressively increasing the level of difficulty, the student will master the topic and be able to attempt any question thrown their way. This is the way I and my peers were taught and it was hugely successful, with my entire class achieving 8s or 9s.
