About Khaylah
As a kid, I was watching a show on Nickelodeon called “Game Shakers”. In one episode the kids programmed a game called “Sky Whale”. After watching that one particular episode, I was very curious about how they created such a fun game. This is what inspired me to program and research my own game. This is what started my passion for computers, leading to my academic interest in Computer Engineering. I became inspired to become a Computer Engineer because I want to invent the next big thing that will change this world just like those kids. This is what sparked my interest in technology.
Currently, I attend Jackson State University Majoring in Computer Engineering. I am a sophomore and will graduate in May of 2025. I am currently taking Calculus 3 and have passed all my other college Math classes. I also have won multiple coding hackathons such s the Target HBCU Hackathon and other Devpost ones. Overall, I am very qualified to tutor in both math and computer science.

Math: Students will be able to understand math better once I tutor them. I am very great with math and even tutor my fellow college peers. I also tutored Math at a Middle school as well. I teach with hands-on and visual skillsets.
Computer Science: Learn how to program cool websites! I will teach the basics of front-end web development. Since I am in school studying Computer Engineeering I know many programming languges!
