About Munisa
Language was always something that was very natural for me. From a young age, I learned English pretty quickly as early 2nd grade and developed a love for reading and writing. I realized that I could efficiently and comfortably express myself through writing. Poems are an area of passion for me. I took a creative writing class and participated in Spoken Word Poetry club in high school.
I used to help my mother, who was taking ESL classes when I first started university, with English reading, writing, and grammar. She would tell me that she liked the way I would explain things, making it easy for her to understand.
Patience is one of my strongest traits, as I have experience from tutoring my own mother as well as teaching little kids karate. I got to work with little kids and adapt my teaching styles based on how well they seem to be grasping the concepts.

Typical lesson plan:
1. Short summary of what we learned the previous session.
2. A different topic each day through which the lesson will be taught (weather, food, sports, etc).
3. Short break to clear your head and stretch your legs.
4. We will conclude the lesson with a recap and leave some time for any questions.

- I am patient and will repeat the material as many times as necessary for you to fully understand it.
