Hello! I’m Cheryl. I’m a year 1 maths student at University of Cambridge. I had been living in Hong Kong for the past 16 years and I am studying in the UK right now. Having an enthusiasm for mathematics, it would be my pleasure to pass on some of my passion to other students! In the last few years, I have been involved in tutoring students from primary school to GCSEs and A Level, trying my best to help each of my students to reach their goals. About the lesson

My lessons are aimed for GCSE (or KS1-4) students who struggle with mathematical concepts and are wanting to improve on this subject. During lesson time, we would go through concepts, derivations, example questions, homework questions and other extra materials together at your own pace, ensuring everyone one of us has the “aha!” moment! In terms of teaching materials, worksheets, quizzes, homework, notes etc. would be tailored made for each student to cater for varying needs. The main goal of my lessons is to allow students to learn and improve in a comfortable environment, such that each of us would be guaranteed to take away something from the lesson!
