I’m patient, reliable, and I always aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions. I prepare lessons around each student’s needs and goals, whether they are catching up, preparing for an exam, or looking to get ahead.
I take tutoring seriously and focus on being organized, encouraging, and clear. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them become more independent and confident in mathematics

My name is Sara, and I’m a university Mathematics student who enjoys helping students feel more confident and comfortable with math.
My approach is centered on understanding, not memorization. I explain concepts in clear, simple steps, use different methods when needed, and adjust each lesson to the student’s level and learning style.
A typical lesson includes a quick review, a clear explanation of the topic, guided examples, and independent practice so the student can build confidence solving problems on their own.
I tutor middle school and high school students in algebra, functions, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and introductory calculus. I can help with homework, exam preparation, catching up on difficult topics, or getting ahead.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy the structure behind mathematics, and I try to help students see the logic behind the formulas so the subject feels less intimidating and more intuitive.
