About Evea

My name is Evea and I’m a recent grad from the University of Nottingham. I’m studying Politics and American Studies. Throughout school I was passionate about English Literature and Language and I hope to use my skills to help some of you!

About the lesson

I always had a passion for English Literature and Language throughout school. As a tutor, I will aim to and make sure my students feel as guided and confident as possible, by providing a clear lesson structure catering to their needs. The lesson plans will be written entirely around areas the student has voiced their desire for improvement in. They will also be thoroughly organised in advance. Whilst tutoring, it is my job to make students feel comfortable enough to ask questions and be inquisitive. Therefore I strive to make a good relaxed learning environment.

I’m a student myself, so I can relate to the pressures of academics! I’m here to help and guide, not micromanage. Your learning journey as a student is entirely up to you and what you need.

I specialise most with English Literature or Language, from GCSE level downwards.

My lessons costs £20 per hour. These lessons are conducted online, either via Zoom or Google Meet. If you wish to use an alternative video call platform please request this prior to first session for confirmation. For in person classes that require travel, additional charges apply.
