About Rana
I'm currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Business Systems, and I've always had a strong interest in math and science from my own school years. Growing up, I found that having someone explain concepts clearly and patiently made a huge difference in how much I actually understood — and I want to be that person for younger students now.
I decided to start tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping others learn, and I find it rewarding to see a student go from confused to confident on a topic. I'm easygoing, approachable, and I try to make lessons feel relaxed rather than like a lecture, so students feel comfortable asking questions without hesitation.

I'm a Computer Science university student at Vit Vellore with a strong foundation in maths and science, and I enjoy breaking down concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. My teaching style is patient and interactive — I focus on making sure students genuinely understand the "why" behind a topic, not just memorizing answers, using examples and practice questions to build confidence.
Lessons are typically 45-60 minutes, tailored to the student's pace and specific school syllabus. I work with students from grades 1 to 10, helping them strengthen their fundamentals in maths and science, prepare for exams, and catch up on topics they find difficult. Whether it's basic arithmetic or early science concepts, I aim to make learning engaging rather than stressful, adjusting my approach based on each student's learning style.
