About Kiechi

I have previous experience as a tutor volunteering at my high school. I have also worked as a paid tutor at the College of Southern Nevada for more than a year and a half. Through CSN, I have done several trainings to ensure that I am using proper pedagogical techniques when assisting students. I have tutored up to Calculus One, General Chemistry One, and Anatomy and Physiology 2.

About the lesson

I like to learn a little bit about the student first before starting. I believe it’s great to establish a relationship between myself and the student. By learning more about their background, including strengths, struggles, purpose of learning, and future goals, I am able to approach the lessons more geared to each student.

Kiechi was a wonderful tutor for me when I was taking calculus. He helped me pass my class with an 88% which was an improvement from the previous semester which I miserably failed with a 54%. He was super kind and helped me understand without just cramming it into my brain.
