I believe yoga should feel accessible, empowering, and enjoyable. I guide with warmth, clarity, and step-by-step transitions—perfect for beginners and students seeking confidence in their practice. If you’re looking for a motivating, kind, and experienced instructor to support your yoga journey, I’d love to work with you.

I love seeing students win small victories and gain confidence both on and off of the mat. It is my favorite part of teaching. I love that in yoga (and life) you’re always a student. Your practice is constantly evolving and there’s always something new to learn, which is part of what keeps it exciting. I hope to awaken the same wonder in you. I find the teachings of yoga ENDLESSLY fascinating, inspiring, and humbling - from the intricacies of alignment to the heart-opening spiritual philosophy.

About the lesson

My classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength. Each session blends mindful movement, grounding techniques, and fluid Vinyasa sequences that adapt to your level—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice.

Each class is an uplifting flow that helps you build strength, flexibility, and clarity of mind. I guide you through conscious movement with detailed cues, breath awareness, and modifications for every level. My goal is to show you that yoga is not about perfection—it’s about progress, presence, and feeling good in your own body. Expect to sweat, breathe deeply, and leave class feeling empowered and renewed. Let’s build your practice together.

I started my learning with Sinai 2 years ago and It's been an incredible journey she carried me from mumbling a few greetings at A1 B2/C1 level conversations in two years. Eventually, we moved off platform and I pay her directly now.
She’s super friendly, thoughtful and honest, and I can't recommend her enough.
