About Lauren
"Church singers often find that their gospel roots provide a surprising foundation for the stage. I hear the resonant quality of those hymns ringing through my Nashville studio daily. Having performed in musical theater for 12 years and taught voice for 13, I understand the transition from the sanctuary to the spotlight. My BMus Vocal Performance degree underpins every correction I offer during our time together.
Piano is a constant companion in my room, as I frequently accompany my singers to bridge the gap between melody and movement. I have guided 100s of students toward their BFA programs and professional audition goals. The shift from contemporary worship to cabaret requires a specific set of tools. You will find my approach is bright, upbeat, and very detail oriented."

"Singing requires a level of vulnerability that can feel quite daunting at first. We focus heavily on belting technique and the crucial balance between head and chest voice.
Harmony singing is a cornerstone of our work, paired with rigorous microphone technique for the modern stage. Exam preparation feels manageable when we break down the requirements into small, actionable steps.
