Positive energetic knowledgeable instructor with flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high achieving student. I try to make my lesson as relevant as possible. I try to explain why we are doing things and what this leads to. Cutting edge with technology and making the lessons more fun and engaging. I respect and listen to the students' opinions. My classroom management skills are absolute and they could be better with your support. I need to be more strict with the younger children and explain to them the do's and don'ts and strategies for quickly adapting to the outer world for a better future. Thank you.
