About Debadrita
Hi. Welcome to my page. This is Debadrita Basak, possibly your new and better biology teacher. My advanced knowledge of the subject and passion for their transmission allows me to apply for the role of a biology teacher. I can captivate students with the educational process and establish myself as their assistant and not as an imposed supervisor.
Despite the position of a biology teacher, I am ready to be useful in matters not related to my subject. Thanks to problem-solving, collaboration, motivation, I build a trusting relationship with both students and colleagues, which positively affects the school environment. I want to meet the new generation, it’s rapidly changing needs, and requirements. Therefore, I do not just teach but actively apply lateral thinking, tolerance, positive reinforcement skills.

I never force anyone to study, because my mission is to arouse interest in the subject. To achieve it, I rely on my constant self-education, creative approach, strong communication skills. Constant self-education helps me to keep abreast of the latest research and discoveries in biology and integrate them into the learning process. The creative approach allowed me to apply the flipped classroom methodology, thanks to which we devote more time to practice, and learning has become interactive. Strong communication skills help me find common ground with students both during lessons and extracurricular issues.
