I’m a welfare coordinator in further education who thrives helping others. Over the years, dealing with my own mental health struggles and ADHD, I have built up an amazing array of techniques, which I have been using to support learners with mental health struggles and general anxiety, in a further education setting. This has further built my library of techniques and methods to promote wellbeing
