About Lillian
I'm a De-stress & Wellness Coach helping Women who are 30+ swap stress, anxiety & burnout for health, happiness, calm & brilliance.
I have two strands to my approach:
- One strand focuses on Body Health & Fitness.
- The other strand focuses on Stress Relief, Stress Management, Burnout Prevention & Recovery.
Students can choose to focus on either strand or mix both for a holistic and wellness-based experience.
My passion is hugely influenced from my own personal health experiences & stress-related burnout, which empowers me to teach women from a place of lived-experience.
My work has led me to speak at conferences, workshops, online platforms, radio & television media across the UK, as well as internationally.
