I went to college in Texas for mathematics with teacher certification, and I have tutored privately several times in my spare time. We will start with a brief discussion about what you need help with and what you may have trouble understanding. We will break down the concept using visuals and hands on practice, with assistance with questions on specific problems or lessons.
I used to hate math myself until I had a great teacher who helped math click for me! My goal is to give you confidence in what you know, help you grow where you need and want, and see you succeed where you didn't think you could! I've been there, and I've tutored middle school, high school, college prep, and college level up to college Calculus. My favorites are Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus, but I can assist in math from elementary to high school.
