About Saurav
I am an experienced tutor with 17 years of teaching experience in English, History and Bengali for West Bengal Board (Class 8–12) students.
Along with teaching, I also work as a Manager – Business Development (Retail Operations), which helps me bring structured planning, discipline and performance-focused guidance into my teaching approach.
I focus on concept clarity, answer-writing skills and exam-oriented preparation, ensuring steady academic improvement.

My teaching method is student-centric and exam-oriented, not textbook-centric.
Instead of rote learning, I focus on how to think, write and present answers as required by the West Bengal Board (Madhyamik & HS).
For English and Bengali, I train students in:

Proper grammar usage with examples
How to score marks in literature questions
For History, I simplify chapters using:
Timelines and flow-based explanations
Important dates and keywords
Board-specific answer patterns
