Why is this so hard to understand? I'm struggling! Help I need one on one attention!

Working with a Dominic was a very effective means to supplement my understanding of my courses. By working with a tutor, I was able to discuss ideas and clarify concepts, review notes and readings, check and confirm my understanding before a test or quiz, I got assistance on homework questions, and made sure I was keeping up with my classes. HIs goal was to help me become a better student, whether my goal was to raise a B+ to an A or to pass a difficult general education requirement. We had a great time just chatting to help me become more fluent in English.
