About Alvin
I am a father of three from Perth, Australia. In the past 10 years, I have worked in a large corporate in the utility section with 3000 employees. My journey from a new graduate to an established leader has been challenging and stressful.
Looking back, I wish I could have access to support in various aspects of my professional career. AS an establish professional and leader, I can and want to add value to help professionals in need of support to manoeuvre through challenges at the work place minimising stress.

I graduated from the University of Western Australia in Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce with Japanese Studies. I am also a father of three which has helped me understand the art of listening and knowing the needs of my students.
