About Bria
I’m a voice teacher with a DMA in Vocal Performance and over 5 years of experience helping adults find their singing voice. I love working with beginners and returning singers who want to sing in choirs, at open mics, or just at home. My lessons are built around relaxation, mindfulness, and musical curiosity. I focus on breathwork, posture, and tone development to create ease and confidence in singing. Students learn to let go of tension and enjoy their sound. I teach across genres like Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult. Each session blends vocal technique with creativity and emotional awareness. My goal is to help you feel present, expressive, and relaxed while singing. I create a supportive space where mistakes are part of the process. Singing becomes more than practice—it becomes joy and self-care. No matter your background, we’ll grow your voice together. Let’s begin your journey towards confident, carefree singing.

I teach singing with a focus on unlocking the natural tone and strength already inside your voice. My method builds confidence through technique, awareness, and creativity. Each lesson explores resonance, projection, and tone shaping. We experiment with vocal qualities like belting, head voice, and mixed voice to build control and versatility. My approach is both scientific and expressive, combining structure with freedom. I’m especially skilled at working with The Soloist in Training and The Adult Beginner. Lessons are personalised and paced for steady improvement. I emphasise body alignment and mindful breathing as the foundation of great tone. My teaching style is encouraging and detail-oriented. You’ll learn to feel and hear your own progress clearly. Singing should be enjoyable, not intimidating. My goal is to make your voice sound authentic, confident, and free. Together, we’ll bring out the full resonance and richness of your sound.
